RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Onismile, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Opened or partially used dietary supplement products.
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased using promotional discount codes.
Products that show signs of tampering or have been damaged after delivery.
Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at onismile@163.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Please do not send your return without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, Onismile will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Onismile is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will receive an email notification confirming receipt and the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at onismile@163.com with photos of the damaged product and your order number.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A description of the issue
We will prioritize resolving your issue with a replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
